A few of our star products

Facilitating the return to employment
Accessible to individuals via their insurance policy or bank account as well as to companies, the ‘Help return to employment’ service allows an unemployed person to benefit from an assistance team specialising in labour issues and concerns for a period of one year. It includes a competence assessment, developing a professional project, writing a résumé, drafting cover letters, and preparing for recruitment interviews. Experience shows that for more than 80% of the people who have benefited from these services, the duration of the unemployment period has been reduced by 50% compared to the national average. Moreover, this offer now covers young people, between the ages of 18–25, who can also benefit from a personal assessment, an analysis of a professional project and job search training, all provided by experts with personalised follow-up.

Preserving the autonomy of the elderly
Today’s longer life expectancy has resulted in a significant increase in the number of senior citizens. In Australia, Mondial Assistance has designed and implemented a prevention programme in order to reduce the climbing costs of health-related expenses and to enable senior citizens to preserve their autonomy as long as possible. 350,000 Australians already benefit from this programme, where Mondial Assistance treats 8.400 cases per year.
Moreover, thanks to the teleassistance services developed in France by GTS, Mondial Assistance supports maintaining physically dependent elderly people within their homes in complete safety. In France alone, this service, based on a system of remote control, receives 1,000 calls a day and counts nearly 35,000 subscribers. By allowing beneficiaries to remain in their own homes, the system generates significant savings compared to external solutions, such as retirement homes and long-term convalescent organisations.

Personalised medical follow-up and improved cost control
Innovations from new technologies have benefited the health sector for the past few years. These new solutions make it possible to offer personalised services well adapted to a particular target, while also reducing a certain number of peripheral costs related to the medical treatments themselves. For example, Mondial Assistance Italy recently began collaboration with a tele-cardiology company offering beneficiaries insurance policies, which include remote cardiological monitoring necessary after a cardio-vascular accident. This had led to reduced costs in terms of regular hospitalisations, medical transportation and other related expenses normally facing the insured.
