Objective

To provide a complete range of GTS tele-assistance services to French local authorities so they can better manage the daily running of their communities and offer value-added support to local citizens.

Challenge

To develop partnerships with local authorities, and demonstrate how our assistance services improve their own management of community needs and crisis situations.

Solution:

Mondial Assistance Group designed a range of GTS tele-assistance services, including tele-assistance for vulnerable individuals living at home alone, tele-security services, which provide continuous monitoring against intrusion of public buildings such as schools, day care centres, hospitals, civic centres, etc., and tele-assistance services for publicly run automotive and transportation vehicles. 12 regional departments, 1 500 communities, and numerous local associations in France now partner with Mondial Assistance for these services.
