With business units in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan and China, Mondial Assistance Group has an extensive presence within the Asia Pacific Region. It regroups its 5 fully operational business units in these countries: China, which runs a permanent call centre offering medical, roadside assistance and claims processing; Singapore and Japan which work under the brand names of Mondial Assistance and World Access, and Thailand that operates under the well-known local brand AutoAssist.

Particularly strong in medical support, roadside assistance and travel insurance, these three countries offer innovative car warranty administration, CRM programmes, concierge services and one-stop-shop automotive solutions as well. Worldcare, Australia’s market leader, was integrated into the Group in 2001. With over 20 years experience, it also offers specially designed home and healthcare programmes for families, retirees and expatriates, and solutions for corporate clients such as information line management, customer surveys and call centre activities linked to marketing campaigns.
