Mondial Assistance opened its 27th office on 1 November 2007. Mondial Services (India) Pvt Ltd, based in New Delhi, currently offers 24-hour roadside assistance in five of India’s largest cities: New Delhi, Bombay, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune.

LOT, Poland’s largest airline company, has chosen Mondial Assistance to distribute travel insurance on its website. This new partnership enables travellers to subscribe to travel insurance contracts (cancellation, lost luggage…) online and also allows them to subscribe to medical assistance while abroad at the time they purchase their airline tickets.
KLM and Mondial Assistance Group sign online travel insurance distribution agreement

KLM and Mondial Assistance have signed a global agreement to distribute travel insurance via KLM.com. The insurance is offered as part of the flight booking process and can also be booked separately.
Mondial Assistance has published its assessment of the 2007 summer season in France and abroad. As with previous years, this assessment enables the Group to identify and understand structural and economic trends that govern the summer holidays. Mondial Assistance provided assistance to nearly 4.2 million people in 211 countries, including interventions in Antarctica, Iraq, Moldavia and Afghanistan.
