Details concerning the Mondial Assistance Group organisation, its Executive Committee members and Group structure are outlined below.

Our Executive Committee Members 
Rémi Grenier, President of Mondial Assistance Group Rémi Grenier - CEO and President of the Executive Committee

47 years old and French, Rémi Grenier is a graduate of the HEC Business School.  He also has a PhD in Law from the Sorbonne University. Mr. Grenier holds several professional titles, including Actuary and Certified Public Accountant.  
With the AXA Group from 1984 – 2004, Mr. Grenier held several management positions including Director of Group Insurance, Director of Individual/Personal risks, Senior Vice-President Europe, and CFO of AXA France. From November 2004 to June 2006, Mr. Grenier was the Managing Director of MEDERIC (3rd largest player in France in the mutual insurance and social protection sector). For nearly a year from September 2006 through July 2007 he was Deputy General Manager of the AGF Group, in charge of the property & casualty business unit.  He was also  a member of the AGF executive committee.  On August 3rd, 2007, Mr. Grenier was appointed CEO and President of the Executive Committee of the Mondial Assistance Group.


Didier Lebret - Executive Committee Member and Director of France, Spain and Portugal Didier Lebret - Executive Committee Member and Director of France, Spain and Portugal

55 year-old Frenchman Didier Lebret is a graduate from HEC. He began his career at Valeo in the Personnel and Social Relations Department. In 1979, he joined Sacnas-Mondial Assistance as Deputy Sales Director, and established the Spanish subsidiary for which he subsequently became Managing Director. From 1984 to 1987 he held the position of International Director. He worked for a time with a consulting firm and a recruitment specialist before joining France Secours as Managing Director in 1995. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in 1998. In May 2001, Didier Lebret became the Group’s Regional Director for France and its Director of Coordination of Human Resources. He joined the Mondial Assistance Group’s Executive Committee in 2002.

46 –year old French-Polish Ida Luka-Lognone has a degree in Multilingual Engineering from INALCO and is also a graduate of Insead IEP (the international Executive Programme).  She joined Elvia France in 1992 and in 1996 was appointed Director of Commercial Development for Central and Eastern Europe, where she subsequently created subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Poland. In 2000, she was named Regional Director of Europe for the Mondial Assistance Group, created when the Elvia and Mondial/Sacnas Groups merged.  She became a member of the Executive Committee in 2002.  As part of the new Executive Committee, she is also responsible for Global Accounts, the unit dedicated to developing international client contracts and the Group’s strategic marketing plans and actions.


Jon Ansell - Executive Committee Member and Director of the Americas Zone Jon Ansell - Executive Committee Member and Director of the Americas Zone

57 years old and American, John Ansell has a degree in economics and holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. He began his career at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York. Mr. Ansell was one of the founders of Access America in 1985, a company that later became World Access (and known today as Mondial Assistance). Shortly after the acquisition in 2000 of World Access, for which he was President, Jon Ansell became a member of the Mondial Assistance Group’s Executive Committee. He is also responsible for several of the Group’s other companies in the United States, including Jefferson Insurance Company. He is Director of the entire Americas zone, of its global B2C business and of the Group’s Actuarial and Underwriting Services Division. Mr. Ansell is the Founder and President of the US Travel Insurance Association.


Laurence Maurice - Executive Committee Member and Financial Director Laurence Maurice - Executive Committee Member and Financial Director

With a degree in Agricultural Engineering from ENSA in Montpellier France, 42 year old Laurence Maurice also holds degrees from the ESCP Business School in Paris and from the DESCF in Accounting and Finance. She began her career in 1989 at Price Waterhouse Audit.  In 1996, as Audit Manager of the Vie and Non Vie insurance companies, Ms. Maurice joined AGF.  She was the Group’s internal auditor of its French and foreign subsidiaries, and in April 2001 left to carry out an assignment in Brazil.  In March 2002 she was named Financial Director of the  Brazilian subsidiary, a position she held until she was appointed Financial Director of Mondial Assistance Group on February 1st, 2008.


Ulrich Delius - Chief Operating Officer Ulrich Delius - Chief Operating Officer

54 year-old Ulrich Delius is German by nationality but was born and raised in Namibia. He studied law at the universities of Cape Town, Tübingen and Göttingen. He joined Allianz in 1986 and held various management positions, including a 4-year term in Singapore and four and a half years in South Africa. In January 2000 he created a strategic department for the Allianz Group called “Group Development”. It monitors worldwide trends of Allianz’ core business segments, carries out competitive analyses and identifies new domain growth opportunities. From June 2005 to September 2007, he ran the Allianz Chairman’s Office based in Munich. On October 1st 2007, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Mondial Assistance Group.
